Prepare for the New Year with this Restorative Workshop intended to let 2022 slide away, creating space to Welcome 2023. 

​

Kick-off 2023 with Yoga Nidra, Attendees set collective intentions for peace,

compassion and understanding. 

​

Join me this year at both campuses at Yavapai College in Clarkdale and Sedona to experience the powerful transformation of Yoga Nidra. 

​

There are two sessions available at two campuses:

Session A:

Date: Mar 29th - May 3rd 2023

Time: 9:00 am - 10:15am

Living a life of gratitude brings you a lot of positive changes and helps you notice little wins – like the sun shining, someone saying a compliment to you, or having wonderful people attend your meditation practice. Once you add gratitude to your daily habits, you improve your well-being – your mental and physical health changes for the best, enabling you to notice joy and happiness in everything that happens to you.

Today and forever I am always grateful for all the students who participate in my classes and workshops.

Grateful to be teaching and educating those on how to live better lives through the power of Meditation and Yoga Nidra.

July 8 Center for Spiritual & Metaphysic

YOGA NIDRA

A state of consciousness between waking & sleeping.

​

Are you ready to go deep and transform your mind, body, and soul?

​

You will enjoy a relaxing and calming meditative yoga practice before embarking on Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) journey. Yoga Nidra Tantric is an ancient tantric method where the mind and body are in deep relaxation.

​

It requires no physical effort as you practice it laying down on your back. This meditation technique relieves you from any built-up tension in the mental, physical, and emotional mind/body and promotes deep rest – just 20 minutes of practice equates to 4 hours of deep sleep.

​

Join me this coming July for this (1) day event to experience the transformational power of Yoga Nidra.
